How to deal with intrusive, scary thoughts

There will always be things that trigger you in your psyche

Your consciousness KNOWS everything you’re resisting, holding onto

Your worst nightmares, fears…the worst thoughts you’ve run away from

In your lowest point of attraction, they will trickle back and peak-a-boo

In that moment it’s easy to react and let that illusion steal peace from you…

Instead, get in the habit of allowing the triggering emotions to pass through without judgement.

Assert yourself in your Mental Realm by telling these lil low vibe projections to get on a leash so you can take them on a walk

The walk is you reaffirming who you are, what you’re available for and what is not true.

The walk is being present with your humanness and your vulnerability and building yourself up thought by thought with certainty and clarity.

You won’t gain clarity if you plant roots in the mind

Presence through your 5 senses will help you drain out unnecessary energy expenditure (when you notice yourself buying unwanted experiences, go spend it elsewhere)

Everytime your mind wanders where your peace of mind is jeopardized, you surrender (refuse to go any further with building that momentum of thought)

And instead, lean in to the present moment to connect with your 5 senses.

Be here longer and appreciate the opportunity to choose peace that is available to you here and now.

Face your own B.S with unconditional love

Trust yourself more by building it day by day.

The voices (unless they are stemmed in love) are irrelevant.

Feel their ouch without resisting, allow them to communicate with you where you are, pause and allow your higher self to guide you towards the right task at hand.

You want to feel a little lighter than right now. How can you facilitate that right now?

Connect to your breath, scan body slowly…bring the moment to a halt! Look around intuitvely…what can you appreciate right now?

Ask yourself, “what am I benefiting from at this moment?”

How can you allow more of these kinda narratives in your mind? “this is okay for now, I’m gonna enjoy now because it’s not coming back because now I’m becoming this person“?

…allow your humanness to experience all separation…its truth communicated from the perspective of your human perspective, don’t make it wrong…allow your divinity to guide you in moments you’re not so sure but you know this has to get done one way or the other.

Even if you were to lose it all, you can build it back up in a heartbeat because it’s living and breathing within you. You are it…so bring it on!!!

Your lower self is a gift

Your lower selves: past identities that trigger you and that are not in alignment with your heart (soul frequency) ARE MESSENGERS

Your only job is to feel them, and understand their message from the perception of your higher self.

Being “stuck” in the same story, embodiment, concept of self is an indicator that you’re resisting or that you are in shadow school. Either way, you can’t run away from it. YOU GET TO FACE IT & SIT WITH IT IN ORDER TO TRANSCEND.

(You’re fighting it because you’re afraid of feeling…you’re in survival mode because you’re a servant to your emotions instead of just being a vessel for what they motion through)

Your consciousness is always flowing, meandering, dancing from one place to the other.

You’re the captain so you decide where the consciousness sits and rests for a stretched amount of time.

If it feels like you’re fighting it, you’re not flowing.

If it feels expansive, you’re in alignment.

Sometimes resistance is where you need to be in that moment but don’t forget your identity while there.

Keep flowing towards your aim.

Feeling shame & unfulfilled?

Dance with the present moment
Sometimes you will stumble

But remember, if it was perfect you wouldn’t be here to understand why.

Take ownership for where you are energetically

When you do that, you gain back your power

You gift yourself the opportunity to shift your energy to that which empowers you to change what you’re not liking very much right now in your reality

You know what you need to do

You know what thoughts, habits are making you lose

So what are you going to do about it?

Beating yourself down for not shifting is being mean and not in alignment with UNCONDITIONAL love for your existence. If you notice that your energy has been constricted for such a long time… it’s time to really check in on why you’re holding onto energy. Why are you closed off? What’s the story you’ve been listening to in your mind? What are you afraid of? Could you be exaggerating the outcome?

Always remember, festering fear will not help you in the jungle of existence, it will get you killed. Alchemized fear into courage, fearlessness will take you to the top where you want to be. This deep dark hole is not forever, nothing is…so just be here now, unapologetically where you currently are energetically and be grateful for what is before it isn’t anymore.
