You escape into your mind instead of being presence because wounded little you would rather stay in the shadows of lies instead of facing the truth dead in the eye
Little you is a coward, it would rather connect to any narrative that will boost the identity of your bad ego that is always acting out of inferiority, fear, living in the deas past, thinking out your life instead of being your life
Your bad ego feels small in the presence of others claiming and embodying their divinity
Bad ego acts out stories you have playing out in your head to feel “empowered”, “better”

Be present with the truth of why you’re hurt, why you feel small, why you feel unloved, why you feel irrelevant, why you feel unwanted….
Presence is the key
Hug that version of you and be patient while it plays in the present moment…see it, expose it, give it a safe space to be without any judgement or pulling it down.
There’s nothing wrong with you…you just found ways to cope with pain and fear by escaping into your mind to live in storylines where your bad ego feels validated, superior, grandiose, better, you are always right and they are wrong narrative
No wonder it doesn’t feel fulfilling
You are living a lie
You are letting your bad ego control your life
Instead surrender to your heart and allow all the pieces to come back together…one version of you at a time
It’s a dance, the journey begins now but it continues for eternity
There’s a time for everything, even your pain and suffering has a role in your evolution
(you think changing a worm into a butterfly is funny games? you’re literally evolving, be patient and kind to yourself. leave those disempowering thoughts for the dogs)
This is how you find the light again…
start where you are, with who you’re being, thinking, saying and how you’re interacting with life
Do this from your heart over and over again and you will become light again
Just choose Unconditional love for each version of you and you will experience it sooner than later

You are wiser now, so shift your perspective to better align with soul
The truth is this:
If you didn’t do what you did in the past, your present self wouldn’t have the clarity and reference point for what it wants to experience instead in the next moment.
You wouldn’t be you right now
Every version of you good or bad plays an active role in your present self’s sense of direction and evolution.
It helps you make better decisions
It helps you to love you more
It helps you to self study and understand yourself
It helps you navigate life better
It’s a literal win-win
You are winning because you are the blueprint
There’s nothing wrong with the past, the only thing wrong is your disempowering narrative that is making you feel bad for the past.
You are holding onto assumptions, beliefs, thoughts borrowed from society, family, teachers etc that don’t align with your soul
Instead use that energy to love, accept, cherish and understand each version of you that triggers you unconditionally…that’s the only way you can integrate her back into your present self.
That’s how you begin to feel whole again
Be okay where you are
Being okay with where you are right now will drop all the resistance you’re feeling. You feel like you’re exerting so much force and effort and nothing to show for it. You feel stuck. Defeated. You don’t like where you are, you’re unhappy & you believe that you will be once you get whatever you have your mind fixed on. Mhmm, I’m sorry to break it to you. Your soul will never stop being in turmoil until you decide to listen to what it is saying. Until you stop operating from the ego and drop into your heart. Until you do the work to notice your own b.s that’s allowing this dense energy to steal your light presence.
Listen to the girl within who is constantly screaming for your attention. Your suffering won’t stop because you got your dream man, bag, lifestyle it will stop once you find the source of it, understand the implications of it and consciously uproot it. Living a life of bliss, expansion is a devotion to life and self. We do have dense states that want to pull us back down but when you’re conscious of your being and the choices you have in each moment…you can choose to relate with your present differently…nomatter what’s being shown. What do I mean by that?
Perspective.
You always have a choice to shift your perspective on your current situation right now. You have the ability to alchemize what is to what is in more alignment with your desires. Let’s face it, you want all of these things because you believe they will make you feel a certain way. We want to feel lighter states of emptions. Relief. Security. We want to feel free, expansive, inlove with ourselves and life. We want others to be inlove with us too! There’s nothing wrong with that. You have a myriad of support and tools on the internet to help you step out of your current reality and back into your being.
We are all projecting stories onto our lives. Just like a writer, you can choose to rewrite chapters that don’t resonate. Thank goodness the past feels like a dream because it doesn’t exist anymore. It only exists so long as you continously bring it back. Rewrite your story. Over and over again. Free yourself! Empower yourself. This is your opportunity to reinvent yourself. You’re not lying to yourself, you’re alchemizing baby. You’ve got freewill to empower yourself however you can within your psyche. It’s your kingdom after all!
When your mind starts bullying you remember you are the god(dess) of this beautiful place…it all starts in your mind. Everything that you’re experiencing has a loophole in it, you just have to be present to notice it.

feeling inferior
forcing
worrying
resisting
lacking
fearing
imagining the worst
distrusting yourself and others
limited thinking…
you need to get used to switching up perspectives so you can easily maneuver your current reality to your desired reality
get used to being in a different storyline within a second while not losing your feeling of inner security & sanity. be fully housed in your being.
the feelings of discomfort are normal, you’re pushing yourself against the grain, the limit you set for yourself for a while.
stretch, breathe, ground yourself outside with bare feet, dance, sing, hum…allow your energy to continue to move, don’t just let it remain stagnant without it manifesting into some expression. don’t overthink it…start moving intuitively RIGHT NOW…I DARE YOUUU!

feeling good is in alignment with abundance, prosperity, joy, peace and bliss…they all aim for the same thing…love
love the body you have, touch your skin with such delicate, soft and intentional strokes. imagine, say nice thoughts. randomly remind yourself while you love your chuckle or the way you walk. own it!
no need to rush it and fake it. be really there. in the present with everything that is…just the way it is. no need to judge, to criticize or to feel shame.
instead, love all these parts of you the way you wished another did. do it for yourself because you’re tired of just giving yourself up like that to strangers when you don’t even know yourself.
