How to deal with intrusive, scary thoughts

There will always be things that trigger you in your psyche

Your consciousness KNOWS everything you’re resisting, holding onto

Your worst nightmares, fears…the worst thoughts you’ve run away from

In your lowest point of attraction, they will trickle back and peak-a-boo

In that moment it’s easy to react and let that illusion steal peace from you…

Instead, get in the habit of allowing the triggering emotions to pass through without judgement.

Assert yourself in your Mental Realm by telling these lil low vibe projections to get on a leash so you can take them on a walk

The walk is you reaffirming who you are, what you’re available for and what is not true.

The walk is being present with your humanness and your vulnerability and building yourself up thought by thought with certainty and clarity.

You won’t gain clarity if you plant roots in the mind

Presence through your 5 senses will help you drain out unnecessary energy expenditure (when you notice yourself buying unwanted experiences, go spend it elsewhere)

Everytime your mind wanders where your peace of mind is jeopardized, you surrender (refuse to go any further with building that momentum of thought)

And instead, lean in to the present moment to connect with your 5 senses.

Be here longer and appreciate the opportunity to choose peace that is available to you here and now.

INSTANT Practice to break free from Suffering

Trust yourself more by building your relationship with your inner being day by day.

The voices unless they are stemmed in love are irrelevant.

Feel their ouch without resisting, allow them to communicate with you where you are, pause and allow your higher self to guide you towards the right task at hand.

How?

You want to feel a little lighter than right now. How can you facilitate that right now?

How can you allow more of “this is okay for now, I’m gonna enjoy this present reality now because it’s not coming back because now I’m becoming this person”

…allow your humanness to experience all separation…its truth communicated from the perspective of your human perspective, don’t make it wrong…allow your divinity to guide you in moments you’re not so sure but yet you know deep down in your soul that this has to get done one way or the other.

Even if you were to lose it all, you can build it back up in a heartbeat because it’s living within you.

You want it?

You are already it…so bring it on!!!

Cast aside anything that is not grounding you in peace in this very moment.

Come back to calm.

Breath.

Support your being by being present more…lean in towards beautiful things.

(e.g the birds you hear singing in the distance, the warm comfy bed below you, the fingers you have that are griping this phone…the eyes that allow you to read this…the point is you have already been gifted something, just because what you want is not here yet doesn’t mean you’re not on your way there…so enjoy the view on the way)

Release anything you’re holding onto in your body

It’s either this or stay suffering

Stop fighting your mind, do this instead

When you fight your mind you lose

When you remember you are not your mind, you will free yourself and actually see the mental realm for what it actually is…a playing ground.

This doesn’t mean there won’t be triggers and intrusive thoughts that bring you down.

Life happens and it might bring you down to your knees.

What actually matters is how you choose to see yourself in the midst of life’s chaos…where you draw the line in what you’re available for.

Your consciousness is a ball of energy that is available for your spending.

You spend when you focus on something and expand it into your experience.

The past is dead, you resurrect it every time you revisit and relive it over and over again. You’re busy carry zombie energy when you’re supposed to be floating up in the ethers experiencing expansion, freedom, expansion, joy, serenity.

Something has to change cause clearly your mind patterns ain’t cutting it.

The dance between old you and new YOU

Nobody said it was easy…you’re literally shedding off parts of you that don’t align with the new energy you’re expanding into. Your own b.s will be put on light…on the stage by your awareness and there will be nowhere else to go but within…to dismantle all that doesn’t align anymore. Yes it’s uncomfortable that’s why you need to prioritize your well being. When you take care of yourself, you’re extending yourself grace and acknowledging your existence is more than about just working and attracting the dough. It’s about having genuine connections with our hearts and those of other souls roaming along with you on this journey.

How would you know if something is for you if you didn’t really listen to the voice within? How could that happen when you constantly place the voice of others above your own. You are enough just as you come…cute, uncute whatever…these are just labels we use to disqualify our expansive nature. Be careful of the labels you hold onto…you’re the only one holding yourself back.

Brick by brick you can dismantle the pain into something powerful, something meaningful for you and allow it to call you into a higher mission.

Serve those who suffer too…use your skills to empower your community, join a mission you truly believe in…change is hard in the beginning but when you constantly remind yourself of your why every morning…what is your reason for living? You will always find a way to overcome whatever gets thrown your way. When you find you’re not happy, remind yourself over and over again that it begins with a choice to think and choose different. To empower ourselves religiously even when it feels like a lie. Now that’s the living word!!!

There is a way out…and that is within. Trust the process…accept the humanness…you’re still enough and worthy no matter what the voices say, nomatter what the world reflects 🌸 accept the shadows just as you do the light. There’s no shortcut…no shame and judgement allowed…just pure unconditional, patient love.
