I only offer 1-on-1 sessions to those who have invested a good chunk of their time to meet themselves in shadow work and have connected or trying to connect with their spirit.
I am here to hold space for your healing by helping you walk all parts of yourself back to love especially the ones you’re resisting or running away from.
We will talk about triggering topics and scary stuff…but until you’ve met all of yourself, you will never truly be free.
Your mental realm is your kingdom, only you get to have the final word. If you’re feeling like a slave of your mind, it’s time to get to work!
It’s not easy, and don’t expect instant results. This is a journey of your inner being trusting you again because you’re consistently showing up embodied in love.
I do know with conviction that as long as you keep showing up with intention and consistency your efforts with compound and project you towards elevated experiences.

After payment you will receive an Intake Questionnaire to help clarify & distinguish your shadow body.
After submitting, you will have booked our first meeting: 1hr Soul Awareness Session. Here we will get more indepth with your questionnaire. The intention of this meeting is to hold space for your own Unconditional love for your true self (all parts within you).
Soon after, you will receive Journal Prompts/Reflections based on your Soul Awareness Session & Intake Questionnaire that will help you go deeper within self with more curiosity to find more answers about yourself.
When you’re ready, you can schedule your 45 mins Soul Activation Session where we reflect on your inner work so far to look for clues to activate your light body (the version of you that you’re seeking out there).
After that session, you will receive Soul Activity Worksheet to help you hold and expand your light. It will support you with your shadow work around resistance. This is based on your own soul blueprint.
After that, you will have 2 Follow up calls (45 mins session & final 1hr session). Here we hold space for the difficult versions of you, and deepen your connection with self. We cut loose ends/identify power parasites & make a plan to help you succeed beyond our time together.
***To make the most of these calls, I’ll be holding you accountable on your energy shifts and choices in your mental realm.***
